We are currently hiring for the role of Bartender, available as a full-time or part-time hourly position within our vibrant dine-in food and beverage team. This position is essential to our scratch kitchen restaurant operations as Bartenders play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional guest experience by delivering personalized and attentive service. The base pay starts at $2.13 per hour, supplemented with tips, and is commensurate with experience. Our Bartenders are responsible for crafting and serving alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar environment, and partnering with other hospitality service team members to ensure guests receive top-notch service.

Bartenders at P.F. Chang's are expected to deliver amazing hospitality by anticipating guest needs, and consistently exceeding expectations through effective communication and professional etiquette. The role requires executing P.F. Chang's unique alcoholic beverage recipes with precision, including the correct preparation of garnishes, handling bar equipment proficiently, as well as assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies. A thorough understanding of the restaurant’s seating layout and server areas is critical, as frequent coordination is required to deliver food and beverages promptly.

In addition to beverage service, Bartenders contribute to setting and clearing tables efficiently according to the company’s standards, adhering strictly to responsible alcohol service policies, and maintaining excellent sanitation and safety practices. Candidates in this role should be able to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while demonstrating dedication to customer service excellence.
