We are currently seeking a skilled Bartender to join our Food and Beverage team. This role is essential in providing friendly, efficient bar services by mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with prescribed recipes and service standards. The Bartender will maintain clean and organized bar areas, ensuring the highest standard of hygiene and safety. Additionally, the role involves handling cash and POS transactions accurately, verifying guest eligibility, and strictly following responsible alcohol service guidelines. This position requires working nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment where excellent multitasking and guest interaction skills are vital. Prior bartending experience is preferred, alongside meeting all gaming, alcohol, and tribal employment requirements including the ability to secure and maintain a state or tribal gaming license.

Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must meet all gaming, alcohol, and tribal employment requirements
- Able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
- Able to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of and ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
- Skills and abilities typically acquired through five years bartending or similar experience or progressive promotion and training within the Food and Beverage department
- Ability to secure and maintain state or tribal gaming license
