Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

- Previous bartender or relevant beverage service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory

Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service
- Regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist team members and collaborate to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
