Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience behind the bar in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
- Ability to thrive in a popular, fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Legal serving age and required responsible beverage service certifications where applicable
Job Duties
- Greet players with energy and personality-create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they’ll love
- Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll
- Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to elevate the player experience
- Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service ensuring every player feels like a VIP
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant bar environment
- Live the Topgolf core values of fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring every day
- Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and performing active duties throughout the shift
