As a Bartender, you will play a key role in enhancing the guests’ dining experience by delivering excellent service and high-quality drink preparation. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers with a friendly attitude, preparing the bar area and ensuring all stations are well-stocked before opening, and suggesting sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts. Accuracy in taking orders and entering them into the POS system is essential, along with maintaining cleanliness and organization. Providing prompt service, refilling drinks, and clearing used items are part of delivering excellent customer care. Adhering to food safety standards is mandatory. This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and work well within a team environment focused on attention to detail and multitasking.
