With a strong emphasis on quality, customer service, and community involvement, Red Lobster continues to be a leader in the seafood dining industry.

This position is for a Bartender at Red Lobster, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $9.00 to $25.00. The company also offers an extensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance starting at less than $10 per week, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company contributions after one year of service. Employees can look forward to anniversary pay, discounted meals during shifts, and a 25% discount when dining as guests. Red Lobster is committed to training and career development, encouraging team members to grow and advance within the company.

As a Bartender, you will play a key role in enhancing the guests’ dining experience by delivering excellent service and high-quality drink preparation. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers with a friendly attitude, preparing the bar area and ensuring all stations are well-stocked before opening, and suggesting sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts. Providing prompt service, refilling drinks, and clearing used items are part of delivering excellent customer care. Adhering to food safety standards is mandatory. This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and work well within a team environment focused on attention to detail and multitasking. Red Lobster is proud to provide reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

Joining Red Lobster means becoming part of a dynamic and inclusive team that values diversity and equal opportunity employment. The company fosters a welcoming and supportive workplace where every employee is respected regardless of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, or veteran status.
