Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking
- willingness to adhere to food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in bartending or related customer service roles preferred
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- knowledge of drink preparation standards
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well served, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
- deliver and settle the check promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
