- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- welcoming and engaging with guests as an ambassador of fun
- recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
- showcasing beer, wine and cocktail knowledge
- delivering food and drinks timely and anticipating guest needs
- creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
- adhering to local and state alcohol laws and policies
- processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back
- maintaining a stocked, clean and safe bar
- completing side duties
