Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- provide attentive and engaging service at the bar and for service tickets
- create a welcoming, energetic, and clean bar environment
- interact confidently with guests and build positive relationships
- monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
- ensure consistency, quality, and proper presentation of all drinks
- follow proper measurements and portion control
- execute drinks efficiently during high-volume service
- maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours
- demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and menu offerings
- recommend drinks and upsell premium options, add-ons, and specials
- assist guests in pairing beverages with seafood dishes
- drive beverage sales through confident and knowledgeable recommendations
- verify guest age and identification when required
- follow all alcohol service laws and regulations
- monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- refuse service when necessary in a professional manner
- maintain awareness of intoxication levels and safety
- accurately process payments using POS system
- handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
- maintain accountability for all transactions
- follow company procedures for comps, voids, and refunds
- set up and stock bar before service
- maintain proper inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies
- restock throughout shift as needed
- assist with receiving and organizing bar inventory
- report low stock, shortages, or product issues
- maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times
- clean bar top, tools, glassware, and equipment regularly
- follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures
- keep service areas stocked and ready
- ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards
- communicate effectively with servers, kitchen, and management
- prepare drinks for service tickets in a timely manner
- support overall restaurant flow and operations
