- prior luxury bartending experience preferred
- open evening availability preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest wellbeing
- maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and tools
- prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
- stock ice, glassware, and supplies
- anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly
- wash dishes and serving utensils as needed
- complete opening and closing duties
- requisition necessary supplies
- secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- document information in department logbook
- forecast meal requirements
- communicate special requests to kitchen
- report accidents and unsafe conditions to manager
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain professional appearance
- maintain confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge guests
- anticipate and address guests’ needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally
- prepare and review written documents
- answer telephones with etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- comply with quality assurance standards
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for entire shifts
- perform other duties as requested
