Job Requirements

high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
prior luxury bartending experience preferred
open evening availability preferred
ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
excellent communication skills
professional appearance
ability to work part-time in a non-management position
willingness to follow company policies

Job Duties

monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest wellbeing
maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and tools
prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
stock ice, glassware, and supplies
anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly
wash dishes and serving utensils as needed
complete opening and closing duties
requisition necessary supplies
secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
document information in department logbook
forecast meal requirements
communicate special requests to kitchen
report accidents and unsafe conditions to manager
follow company policies and procedures
maintain professional appearance
maintain confidentiality
welcome and acknowledge guests
anticipate and address guests’ needs
assist individuals with disabilities
communicate clearly and professionally
prepare and review written documents
answer telephones with etiquette
develop and maintain positive working relationships
comply with quality assurance standards
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
stand, sit, or walk for entire shifts
perform other duties as requested
