Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior bartender experience demonstrating proficiency in a wide variety of cocktails and beverages
  • Knowledge and understanding of various spirits, ingredients, and techniques
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to engage and interact with guests and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and delivering excellent service
  • Able to lift 40lbs, stand, walk, bend, stoop and reach throughout shift
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Team player, personable and friendly attitude
  • Relevant certifications such as SERV Safe, Alcohol, TIPS or equivalent are a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Create a diverse range of handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty beverages with precision and flair
  • Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests and engaging in friendly and professional conversation
  • Efficiently and accurately take and prepare drink orders quickly with attention to detail and presentation
  • Demonstrate an extensive understanding of classic and contemporary mixology with various spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients
  • Follow and maintain proper sanitation, safety and hygiene protocols
  • Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Process customer payments accurately, handle cash responsibly, and maintain a secure cash register
