We are currently looking to hire a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers hourly pay plus tips, making it a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy crafting beverages and interacting with guests. As a Bartender at The Old Spaghetti Factory, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall guest experience by preparing a diverse range of classic and creative cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty drinks. You will bring both flair and precision to your craft, using high-quality ingredients and innovative techniques to ensure every beverage meets our high standards.

Beyond just drink preparation, the Bartender acts as an ambassador of the brand, engaging warmly with guests to create personalized and memorable experiences. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients to recommend drinks according to individual guest preferences. Your excellent communication skills will help build rapport and ensure guests feel valued and welcomed. It is also your responsibility to work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain smooth operations and a seamless guest service flow.

Safety and sanitation are paramount in this role. The Bartender must adhere to proper hygiene and safety protocols, handle cash responsibly, and maintain an accurate and secure cash register. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, balancing precision in drink crafting with attentive service to customers.
