Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid bartending certification or license
- 2-4 years of bartending experience
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage service
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and POS systems accurately
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be 21 years or older
Job Qualifications
- Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license
- Knowledge of the latest mixology trends
- 2-4 years of bartender experience
- Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
- Excellent communication skills
- Descriptive selling ability
- Experience working under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily
- Guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu
- Be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests
- Be the master of the bar, understanding the details to enhance conversation
- Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Assist guests with concerns and guide them to a resolution
- Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
- Requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits
- Maintain stock, cutting, and storing of fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables daily
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control
- Input orders into the register and create checks for each guest
- Lock up and store all beverages, food, and equipment
- secure cash drops and bank
