We are currently seeking a qualified bartender to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for the overall guest experience and the profitability of our bars. The ideal bartender will be a professional who can provide customers with an outstanding service experience, ensuring they feel welcomed and compelled to return. Responsibilities include taking and serving orders, preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and mixing classic as well as innovative cocktails. A deep understanding of customer preferences is essential for recommending beverages that enhance the guest experience. Additionally, the bartender must maintain the cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar to ensure smooth operations.

Effective communication skills and a professional attitude are critical, as the bartender will interact directly with customers. The ability to check IDs to comply with legal drinking age requirements is mandatory. Flexibility regarding shift schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts, is required to meet the needs of our diverse customer base. This position offers both full-time and part-time employment options, with a competitive pay range of $15.00 to $30.00 per hour plus tips.
