We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team at Cafe Central. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in the bar industry, be familiar with various beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and demonstrate strong communication skills coupled with an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

As a Bartender at Cafe Central, you will play a critical role in preparing and serving drinks that meet our established recipes and quality standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring the bar area remains clean, organized, and stocked, enhancing the overall customer experience. This position involves handling cash transactions with accuracy, assisting with special events, and monitoring inventory to maintain adequate supplies. We emphasize adherence to safety and sanitation requirements, ensuring that all health regulations are consistently followed to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests and staff alike.

Working shifts that range from day to night with 8 to 10 hour durations, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills while being part of a team that values professionalism and teamwork. To ensure success, candidates should possess certifications such as TABC and food handler's certification and hold at least one year of bar experience. Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, particularly Toast, along with strong math skills for precise cash handling, makes for an excellent fit.
