Job Duties

  • Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening, and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standards using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills, and clear away any items not in use
  • deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety rules
