Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of bartending experience in a full-service bar or restaurant
- Knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, and food
- Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
- Ability to work weekends including Friday through Sunday
- Must comply with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and state/local liquor laws
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
- Availability for flexible scheduling including full-time or part-time shifts
- TB clearance as required by the State of Hawaii for restaurant and food handling jobs
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a bartender in a full-service bar or restaurant
- Knowledgeable in craft beer, cocktails, and food
- Passionate about guest service and strive to create memorable experiences for all guests
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Availability to work weekends (Friday - Sunday)
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, attentive, and exceptional service to guests and assist with menu selections and beverage recommendations
- Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Support the service team with dining operations and guest experience
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines
