Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Capacity to work in noisy, fast-paced setting
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping and wiping
- Compliance with company dress code and appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- Skilled in effective communication with guests
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Friendly and able to smile frequently
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate Micros POS system
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures
- Capable of fast, accurate order taking and delivery
- Able to follow drink and food preparation recipes
- Maintain cash handling accuracy
- Good teamwork and cooperation skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company's sanitation procedures
- Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure financial transactions are accurate
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and alert managers if necessary
- Follow bar recipes to control costs and maximize satisfaction
- Keep station clean and set up/take down station tables
- Greet new guests friendly and timely
- Accurately take food and drink orders
- Maintain thorough menu knowledge
- Enter orders promptly using Micros system
- Manage sales on personal Micros keys and complete station side work
- Demonstrate ability to operate Micros and handle credit card transactions
- Ensure food is garnished properly and deliver trays to designated areas
- Work efficiently with full hands in/out philosophy
- Participate in sales incentives and contests
- Complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
- Complete opening/closing duties timely
- Assist in party set up and breakdown
- Assist other team members as needed
- Buss and reset tables
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back and maintaining drink levels
- Maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- Communicate with guests and team verbally and via Micros
- Maintain friendly demeanor and smile
- Comply with dress code
- Work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- Be at least 18 years old
