The role of Bartender at Hyatt Vacation Club is integral to creating memorable and enjoyable experiences for Owners, guests, and visitors. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction by serving beverages responsibly and courteously. This position involves greeting guests warmly, taking and delivering drink orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. Bartenders are expected to adhere strictly to service limits and portion control procedures, ensuring responsible alcohol service while following legal requirements such as verifying guests' minimum age for alcohol consumption. Maintaining cleanliness focuses on not only the bar area but also includes managing equipment such as CO2 lines, soda tanks, soda guns, and drains. Working closely with other departments to optimize guest services is a vital part of the role. The bartender position requires physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds, and executing movements like bending and twisting.

- Available to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- able to reach overhead and below knees
- capable of bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- valid driver's license
- pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
