As a Bartender, you will play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction by serving beverages responsibly and courteously. Bartenders are expected to adhere strictly to service limits and portion control procedures, ensuring responsible alcohol service while following legal requirements such as verifying guests' minimum age for alcohol consumption. Maintaining cleanliness focuses on not only the bar area but also includes managing equipment such as CO2 lines, soda tanks, soda guns, and drains. Working closely with other departments to optimize guest services is a vital part of the role. The bartender position requires physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds, and executing movements like bending and twisting.
