Job Requirements
- Ability to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment
- able to stand during entire shift
- frequent immersion of hands in water every five minutes
- ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off floor and wipe down booth seats
- ability to transport glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds up to 15 times per shift
- ability to read, write, basic math and verbal communication skills
- physical ability to remain stationary for up to four hours
- ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a bartender or mixologist preferred but not required
- ability to read, write, perform basic math and communicate verbally
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate bar equipment
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform cleaning tasks
- knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in food and beverage service
Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications
- operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment
- stand during entire shift
