Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
  • Ability to operate a POS system accurately
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them in the POS system
  • Ensure the guest is well attended to, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety rules
