As a Bartender, the successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests with a smile, preparing the bar and stations with necessary supplies before opening, and suggesting drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the customer experience. Preparing drinks to standard recipes using appropriate glassware and garnishes is essential, along with accurately taking food and drink orders using the POS system. The bartender will also ensure customers are well attended by offering refills and clearing items not in use, and promptly delivering and settling the bill. Safety and hygiene standards are a top priority, requiring strict adherence to food safety regulations. This role demands the ability to stand for long periods, perform tasks involving bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds safely, and working cooperatively in a team environment with attention to detail.
