Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
- Knowledge of Italian wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and responsible service guidelines
- Maintain a clean and fully stocked bar area including glassware, ingredients, and equipment
- Engage with guests professionally, take orders, offer recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments accurately including cash and credit card transactions
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards maintaining cleanliness of bar tools and areas
- Delight guests by providing attentive and warm service enhancing overall dining experience
