Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Advanced knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor and common drink recipes
- Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a cash register
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods up to 6 hours
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- At least one year of experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility of schedule to assume responsibilities as needed
- Must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Be a guest recognition expert and know our regulars by name
- Be quick, attentive, approachable, and fun with everyone that walks through the door
- Welcome and greet guests with a smile and eye contact, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed
- Maintain professionalism while fostering a casual atmosphere
- Know everything about craft beer and signature drinks
- Provide tours of menus, highlighting features and suggesting specific items
- Take orders accurately, answer questions appropriately, and enter orders in the point-of-sale system quickly
- Monitor and observe guests' dining experience, ensuring satisfaction with food and service and responding promptly to requests
- Maintain a clean bar and environment at all times
- Promote events and service times
- Prepare final bills, present checks, accept payments, and process credit card charges accurately
- Provide appropriate farewells to all guests
- Work hard as a team player, performing more than the share of side work at shift start and end
- Clear and clean the bar top after guests finish
- Fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes
- Prepare garnishes for drinks
- Maintain bottles and glasses attractively and functionally
- Keep all bar areas clean
- Report equipment problems and maintenance issues
- Assist with restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
- Live the brand as a brand ambassador and make decisions in the business’s best interest
