In this position, the Team Member will handle multiple duties ranging from greeting and seating guests, accurately taking and processing food and drink orders using the Micros system, preparing and serving drinks in accordance with company recipes, to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. The role requires attentiveness to guest behavior to ensure safety and comfort, adherence to responsible alcohol service policies, and the ability to manage personal cash banks accurately. Further, the Team Member will actively participate in company promotions and contests, assist with party setups, and support their team to maintain a smooth operational flow.

Dave & Buster's seeks individuals who are friendly, possess strong communication skills, and are capable of working in a fast-paced, noisy environment while maintaining a professional and neat appearance. Prior restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not mandatory, with training provided to ensure proficiency with company systems and service standards. Prospective team members must be at least 18 years old and able to meet physical requirements involving standing, lifting, and movement throughout their shifts. Compensation starts at $2.13 per hour, with opportunities for additional earnings based on roles and shifts.
