Job Requirements

  • minimum age to serve alcohol according to state law
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in bartending or similar hospitality role advantageous

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
  • demonstrate genuine hospitality by delivering exceptional guest service
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the bar area including regular disinfection of guest and team member touch points
  • adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment
  • assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and informing management of replenishment needs
  • engage with guests to provide recommendations and enhance their dining experience
  • participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge relevant to the role
