Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year bartending experience
Knowledge of spirits, especially tequila and mezcal
Ability to engage guests and deliver exceptional service
Adherence to TABC regulations
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits especially tequila and mezcal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with POS systems preferably Toast POS
Responsible Alcohol Beverage Control (TABC) certification or ability to obtain
Team-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities
