The Bartender role at Invited is critical in maintaining the company’s commitment to exceptional member and guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages with precision and care, maintaining accurate beverage control, and ensuring a clean and organized bar environment. This position requires you to greet members warmly, know their preferences, execute orders promptly, and handle any concerns professionally while upholding Invited’s 3-steps of service approach. The Bartender will work closely with Food & Beverage management teams, including Directors of Food & Beverage, Beverage, Restaurants, and Banquets, to ensure seamless operations. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and knowledge of beverages, including cocktails and wines. It also involves physical stamina to stand and move throughout a shift, along with adherence to all safety and cleanliness standards.
