- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications

- Previous bartending or beverage service experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- Provide genuine hospitality and exceptional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bartending area and guest touch points
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Support team members to help ensure smooth restaurant operations
