We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. This role centers around delivering an excellent guest drinking experience at various locations, including the vibrant Tiki Bar on our beach during the summer months and at events held throughout the year at The Ember Lodge. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and skilled at crafting both classic and innovative drinks that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Compensation for this position includes an hourly wage supplemented by tips, reflecting the importance of providing personalized, friendly, and attentive service.

Job Requirements
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy and experience with POS desired
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant bartending license for Caledonia, WI, or ability to get bartending license for Caledonia, WI

Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for patrons at our beach area and events in our Ember Lodge
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an outstanding guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
