Joining Linden Ponds as a Bartender means becoming an integral part of a dynamic hospitality team dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service in an elegant setting. This role focuses on crafting and serving cocktails, taking food orders, and ensuring that residents and guests have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. The position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $16.29 to $23.00, commensurate with experience, along with benefits such as paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible employees, and a 401(k) plan with company match. The work schedule offers quality of life advantages, including shifts that typically conclude before 9 pm, fostering work-life balance and well-being.
As a Bartender at Linden Ponds, you will develop a comprehensive knowledge of menu selections, ingredients, and preparation methods to efficiently and confidently assist residents and guests. The role demands precision and care in preparing beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, while maintaining a clean, well-stocked work area to ensure smooth operations. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as the position directly influences the customer experience through prompt and courteous service. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary to accommodate varying hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the community. Training programs like T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol certification are preferred, underscoring the community's commitment to responsible service. Physical capability to handle up to 25 pounds is also required to manage supplies and service equipment effectively.
At Linden Ponds, you will enter a nurturing workplace culture championing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, underpinning the company’s mission and values. There are ample opportunities for career development, especially as Erickson Senior Living continues to expand its national presence through the opening of new communities. Employees benefit from onsite medical centers providing convenient access to wellness visits and sick care, creating a supportive environment for health and well-being. Joining this community is more than just taking a job; it is about contributing to a mission that enhances the lifestyle and dignity of older adults, while growing professionally in a stable and respected organization.
