The company prides itself not only on the quality of its food but also on fostering a purposeful and supportive environment for its employees. Committed to transforming lives through meaningful work, True Food Kitchen believes that a life filled with purpose can create a positive impact on the world. This guiding philosophy permeates every facet of the organization, from its menu offerings to its company culture, establishing True Food Kitchen as a leader in both culinary excellence and workplace inclusivity.
The role being offered is that of a Bartender, a key position responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, elevating the guest experience through genuine hospitality and expertly crafted beverages. This role is not simply about serving drinks; it is about brightening a guest’s day with creative cocktails, signature lattes, and attentive service. Bartenders at True Food Kitchen play an integral part in shaping the overall dining experience, demonstrating a passion for hospitality, knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and specialty drinks, and an ability to build meaningful relationships with guests. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, including AM/PM and mid-day shifts, and can range from part-time to full-time hours, accommodating a variety of work-life balances.
Employees in this role are supported by a professional, successful work environment with opportunities for growth through a structured development program to advance their careers. True Food Kitchen also provides part-time workers access to affordable, quality health care through Hooray Health, along with telehealth options for convenience. Additional benefits include pet insurance, expert guidance resources through Employee Assistance Programs, restaurant dining discounts, paid volunteer time, and eligibility to participate in the True Giving fund, designed to support employees through life-changing events. Compensation starts at the state-mandated tipped minimum wage plus tips, with earnings dependent on location and shift. True Food Kitchen fosters an inclusive workplace, proudly upholding equal opportunity employment without discrimination based on a wide range of protected characteristics. As such, this role is ideal for individuals passionate about service and hospitality, eager to work in a supportive and growth-oriented environment, and excited to contribute to a team that values meaningful connections and transformative experiences.
