Must be able to speak and read English

Previous bartending experience
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Manage bar inventory to ensure adequate supplies
Maintain and update the recipe list for all drinks
Create meaningful and memorable experiences for guests
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient bar operation
Follow company policies and health and safety regulations
Mix and serve drinks according to established standards
Participate actively in tip pool distribution
