Lady Nomada is a vibrant Mexican kitchen, taqueria, and bar that transports guests to the sun-kissed beaches of Baja California. Established by the Gastamo Group—a renowned team behind Denver's celebrated establishments like Park Burger, Perdida, Homegrown Tap & Dough, and Birdcall—Lady Nomada offers an immersive dining experience combining authentic coastal Mexican cuisine with a lively, beach-inspired ambiance.

The restaurant's inaugural location opened in Olde Town Arvada in July 2021, occupying the former Kline’s Beer Hall space. Designed to evoke the laid-back vibe of a seaside town, the interior features pastel-colored surfboards, vibrant murals, and a mix of plush chairs, cozy booths, and wooden banquettes.

A standout feature is the vinyl record player at the bar, playing a curated selection of funk and jazz, enhancing the relaxed atmosphere.

In May 2023, Lady Nomada expanded with a second location in Lakewood's Belmar shopping district. This venue continues the coastal theme with an open-concept dining room, oversized retro beach umbrellas, and hand-painted murals, aiming to make guests feel as if they're stepping into a boutique hotel in Cabo.

The menu at Lady Nomada showcases a fusion of traditional Mexican dishes with a contemporary twist. Signature items include the Nomada Double Decker Taco, featuring arbol-honey grilled shrimp, and carne asada fries.
