Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in bartending or customer service preferred
Knowledge of drink recipes and bar inventory management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
Teamwork and cooperation skills

Job Duties

Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening, and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Prepare all drinks according to standard recipe, glassware, and garnish
Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them correctly in the POS system
Ensure customer is well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
Deliver and settle the check promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety standards
