Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and bar inventory management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Teamwork and cooperation skills

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening, and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them correctly in the POS system
  • Ensure customer is well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the check promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety standards
