As one of the world’s most recognized service providers, Sodexo offers a wide variety of roles tailored to various skill sets, including hospitality and customer service positions like the Barman role.

The role of Barman with tips at Sodexo, located at UNITED CLUB - PDX (Portland), offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking for part-time work with a competitive hourly pay of $19.36. Physical stamina is essential, as the role demands considerable walking, standing for extended periods, and the ability to lift and move supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate must be personable, diplomatic, and attentive when interacting with guests, fostering positive experiences that encourage repeat business. The job may also entail various ancillary tasks depending on the specific client needs and business requirements.

Working at Sodexo means being part of a flexible and supportive workplace culture, valuing fairness, respect, and authenticity. Employee wellbeing is a priority, reflected in comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, holidays, health coverage, and more. Each location may offer additional site-specific perks such as free meals during shifts, uniforms, transportation assistance, and safety equipment.

By joining Sodexo as a Barman, you become part of an organization dedicated to enhancing everyday experiences and making a positive personal and community impact.
