Four Seasons is a globally renowned leader in luxury hospitality, celebrated for its unwavering commitment to a people-first culture. This prestigious company is dedicated to fostering an environment where personal growth, teamwork, and excellence thrive, driven by passionate and genuine employees. Known for their deep-rooted philosophy centered around creating meaningful impressions through authentic connections, kindness, and exceptional service, Four Seasons continually sets the standard for luxury hospitality worldwide. The company’s supportive and collaborative culture empowers its team members to pursue excellence while learning and growing within their careers, making it an ideal workplace for those who value passion and character in their craft.
The Barkeeper role at Four Seasons offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to this legacy of excellence by creating outstanding beverage experiences for guests attending private functions, celebrations, and resort events. This position requires a polished and seamless bar service that aligns with the Four Seasons standard of luxury, while thriving in dynamic, high-energy event environments. As a Barkeeper, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service during banquet events, ensuring adherence to company standards and alcohol service regulations. You'll greet guests warmly and professionally, serve a wide variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency, and maintain a strong understanding of beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended pairings.
In addition to beverage preparation and service, the role involves setting up and breaking down bar areas, meticulously ensuring that all equipment, mixers, and garnishes are stocked and ready for use. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with banquet captains, event managers, and other service teams to guarantee smooth and seamless event execution. Responding to guest requests with courtesy and delivering solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations is a crucial part of the role as well. Maintaining sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service practices at all times underscores the company’s commitment to guest well-being and satisfaction. Furthermore, you may be called upon to assist with other food and beverage outlets such as pool bar service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area throughout each shift. This role offers competitive hourly earnings based on experience, separate tips and service charges for banquet events, and additional work hours during peak periods, supporting a flexible and rewarding work schedule.
