At Four Seasons, employees are encouraged to grow personally and professionally in an inclusive environment that values teamwork, passion, and character. The company philosophy is deeply rooted in fostering genuine connections and kindness, ensuring that every guest interaction is meaningful and reflects the highest standards of hospitality.
As part of this esteemed organization, the Barkeeper role at Four Seasons offers a unique opportunity to excel in a luxury event setting, delivering impeccable beverage service during private functions, celebrations, and resort events. This position is integral in crafting exceptional beverage experiences that align with the brand’s promise of quality and attention to detail. Working in this role means thriving in dynamic and energetic environments where polished service and guest satisfaction are paramount. The Barkeeper works closely with banquet captains, event managers, and service teams to ensure flawless event execution, maintaining a clean, organized bar area and adhering strictly to safety and alcohol service policies. This role demands an individual with strong knowledge of mixology, wines, spirits, and cocktails, who possesses a warm and professional demeanor to elevate the guest experience further.
In addition to serving a variety of drinks efficiently and accurately, the Barkeeper is responsible for greeting guests with friendliness and attentiveness, ensuring their needs and preferences are met seamlessly. The position also requires the ability to set up and break down bar stations, stock all necessary supplies, and assist with other food and beverage outlets when required, such as the pool bar. Four Seasons values self-motivated team players who bring energy and enthusiasm to their craft while upholding the organization’s commitment to excellence.
Employment with Four Seasons comes with a competitive hourly wage reflective of experience, plus tips and service charges during banquet events, offering additional earning opportunities especially during peak times. The position is ideally suited for individuals who enjoy working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings. Candidates must meet legal employment standards and demonstrate physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 50 lbs. Prior experience in high-end resorts, hotels, or upscale event venues is highly preferred, particularly banquet or event bartending experience. Effective communication skills and a confident social presence are essential for success in this role.
Joining Four Seasons as a Barkeeper means becoming part of a company that genuinely cares about its employees’ well-being and professional growth. The company offers a remarkable range of benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, discounted housing options, staff travel programs with reduced lodging rates worldwide, generous paid time off, and exclusive resort-wide discounts. Additional perks such as complimentary employee meals, no-cost uniform dry cleaning, and affordable transferable ski passes demonstrate Four Seasons’ dedication to providing a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
With a focus on maintaining the highest standards in hospitality, Four Seasons continues to innovate and lead by example, fostering a workplace where authenticity, respect, and dedication define every team member’s experience. This role is not just a job but a stepping stone within a global luxury brand that values each person’s unique contribution to creating unparalleled guest experiences.
