With an extensive network of luxury resorts and hotels worldwide, Four Seasons sets the standard for personalized guest experiences through genuine connections, kindness, and attention to detail. The company’s philosophy centers around creating meaningful impressions that leave lasting memories for all guests, further solidifying its reputation as a top-tier employer and service provider in the hospitality industry. Four Seasons is dedicated to empowering its employees by fostering a supportive culture rooted in continuous learning, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence. This supportive environment enables staff to thrive professionally and personally, contributing to the overall success and esteemed brand image of the company.
The role of Barkeeper at Four Seasons is a dynamic opportunity to be part of this prestigious organization and contribute to delivering unparalleled beverage experiences during private functions, celebrations, and resort events. As a Barkeeper, you will embody the Four Seasons standard of luxury by providing polished and seamless bar service in energetic and upscale banquet settings. Your expertise in crafting and serving a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages will be integral to enhancing guests’ enjoyment and satisfaction. This role demands a personable approach where greeting guests with warmth and professionalism is paramount, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s hospitality values. You will maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all drink offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and ideal pairings, allowing you to offer expert recommendations and elevate the overall guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include setting up and breaking down bar areas efficiently, coordinating closely with banquet captains, event managers, and the service team to ensure smooth execution of events. Compliance with sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service policies is critical in maintaining the highest standards of service integrity and guest safety. Beyond banquet events, you may be called upon to assist other food and beverage outlets, such as the pool bar, demonstrating flexibility and team spirit. Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout each shift is also essential, highlighting your attention to detail and professionalism. This position typically involves a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, requiring a proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Four Seasons offers a competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience, complemented by tips and service charges from banquet events, with opportunities for additional work hours during peak periods. Employees benefit from one of the hospitality industry’s leading benefits packages, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, discounted housing options, five weeks of paid time off, and resort-wide discounts across multiple services. The company further extends unique perks such as a staff travel program with reduced lodging rates worldwide, complimentary meals, no-cost uniform dry cleaning, and access to affordable ski passes transferable to others. This role not only provides a chance to develop and refine bartending skills in a prestigious setting but also offers a rewarding career path within a globally respected luxury brand.
