Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain alcohol service certifications as required
  • Must be at least legal drinking age
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to following safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience working as a bartender is highly advantageous
  • Strong understanding of bartending fundamentals and mixology
  • Knowledge of current industry trends
  • Ability to obtain all required alcohol service certifications per state, local, and company standards
  • Excellent hospitality skills including friendly demeanor and extensive beverage knowledge
  • Superior organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge arrivals and document patron orders
  • Execute transactions through cash or credit card processing
  • Offer a diverse array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to attendees
  • Hand out beverages to servers from the service well if required
  • Respect alcohol service guidelines and safe drinking protocols including age verification
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and procedures
  • Arrange and dismantle workstation setups with emphasis on sanitizing and hygiene
  • Keep track of inventory levels and ensure products are stocked adequately
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to deliver remarkable service
  • Exhibit an optimistic approach when communicating with guests and coworkers
  • Secure the protection of company valuables
