Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior bartending experience preferred
Ability to obtain required alcohol service certifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to lift up to 25 lbs
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must comply with all safety and service guidelines

Job Qualifications

Prior experience working as a bartender is highly advantageous
Strong understanding of bartending fundamentals, mixology, and current industry trends
Must be able to obtain all required alcohol service certifications per state, local, and Aramark standards
Excellent hospitality skills, characterized by a friendly demeanor and extensive beverage knowledge
Superior organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp focus on accuracy and detail
Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, moving, or pulling objects weighing up to 25 lbs
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, and vibrant work environment
Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Acknowledge arrivals and document patron orders
Execute transactions through cash or credit card processing
Offer a diverse array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to attendees
Hand out beverages to servers from the service well if required
Respect alcohol service guidelines and safe drinking protocols including verification of customers' age
Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and procedures
Arrange and dismantle workstation setups with emphasis on sanitizing and hygiene
Keep track of inventory levels and ensure products are stocked
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to deliver remarkable service
Exhibit an optimistic approach when communicating with guests, clients, and co-workers
Secure protection of company valuables
