Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior bartending experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain required alcohol service certifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must comply with all safety and service guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience working as a bartender is highly advantageous
  • Strong understanding of bartending fundamentals, mixology, and current industry trends
  • Must be able to obtain all required alcohol service certifications per state, local, and Aramark standards
  • Excellent hospitality skills, characterized by a friendly demeanor and extensive beverage knowledge
  • Superior organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp focus on accuracy and detail
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, moving, or pulling objects weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, and vibrant work environment
  • Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge arrivals and document patron orders
  • Execute transactions through cash or credit card processing
  • Offer a diverse array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to attendees
  • Hand out beverages to servers from the service well if required
  • Respect alcohol service guidelines and safe drinking protocols including verification of customers' age
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and procedures
  • Arrange and dismantle workstation setups with emphasis on sanitizing and hygiene
  • Keep track of inventory levels and ensure products are stocked
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to deliver remarkable service
  • Exhibit an optimistic approach when communicating with guests, clients, and co-workers
  • Secure protection of company valuables
