The available role is focused on providing outstanding guest services in a dynamic restaurant environment. As a member of our service team, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, taking accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system with provided training, and assisting customers by answering their menu-related questions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction by upselling menu items, promoting daily specials, and responding promptly and courteously to all customer needs throughout their dining experience. Additionally, you will be entrusted with operating the cash register and handling various payment transactions, with full training provided to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas is also a key part of this role, as well as performing side duties such as general cleaning and assisting with the overall organization of the restaurant. This position demands excellent communication skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Physical stamina is essential, as the job requires prolonged periods of standing and the ability to lift items up to 25 pounds. Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industries is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training to help all new hires succeed and grow within our company. Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm smile
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and use the POS system to place them (training provided)
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer any questions they may have
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the dining experience
  • Operate the cash register and handle payment transactions (training provided)
