Job Requirements
- Must be able to consistently provide excellent and engaging customer service
- 1 to 2 years of retail experience required
- ability to lift up to 20lbs
- flexibility to work hours that may change based on season or business needs
- must be able to stay calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Experience in espresso bar service preferred but not required
- 1 to 2 years of retail experience required
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to stay calm in fast paced and sometimes stressful situations with guests
- ability to learn new recipes and techniques
- ability to work well as part of a team or independently
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction
Job Duties
- Greeting all guests in an upbeat and professional manner
- making coffees and specialty coffees
- selling and upselling items in retail shop
- preparing and serving ice cream and gelato to guests
- replenishing all food and beverage items
- maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the shop during operating hours including sweeping, sanitizing, and wiping down areas consistently
- assisting with monthly inventory including counting, scanning, restocking, and organizing
