In this role, the Barista will remain engaged in continuous learning about whole bean coffee blends, tea varieties, bakery products, and the technical nuances of coffee brewing and blending. The Barista must also be proficient in operating point-of-sale terminals, handling cash and credit transactions accurately, and maintaining an efficient workflow to minimize wait times.

Additionally, the Barista will collaborate closely with team members and management to resolve any product or service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Adhering to loss prevention policies and maintaining confidentiality are critical components of this role.
