Job Duties

  • prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages adhering to established recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following food safety protocols
  • interact professionally with guests to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • manage cash registers and handle transactions accurately
  • restock inventory and supplies as needed
  • assist in setting up and breaking down service stations
  • address and resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively
