Job Duties
- prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages adhering to established recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following food safety protocols
- interact professionally with guests to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- manage cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- restock inventory and supplies as needed
- assist in setting up and breaking down service stations
- address and resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively
