The Thunderbird Deli, a part-time position within the Korum Automotive Group's Ford Dealership location, seeks a part-time Barista who will play an important role in enhancing the customer experience. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals seeking part-time work with approximately 20 hours a week in a dynamic and friendly retail food environment. Employees work within the deli, which operates Monday through Friday from 7:15 AM to 2:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 2:00 PM, primarily focusing on the key shift hours of 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM Tuesday to Friday, and 8:45 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays. There is also a possibility to cover additional shifts as needed.

The role involves providing friendly and efficient service to customers while preparing a variety of food and beverage items according to established health and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, ensuring proper rotation and freshness of product inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the deli and adjacent customer waiting area. Use of a point-of-sale (POS) system is integral to the position, enabling accurate transaction recording and preparation of nightly deposits. Regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment is also required to meet operational standards.

The pay rate for this role ranges from $19.45 to $25.17 per hour, with the targeted hiring range being $19.45 to $20.91 per hour.
