Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts holidays and both weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees and perform bending twisting pulling and stooping
- Ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift carry push pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
- Specific job duties may differ by property size of team or facility
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
Job Duties
- Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- Preparing and serving coffee beverages and other prepared foods
- Prepares food and beverages according to guest orders including customizations and substituted items
- Presents physical and accurate check and processes payment adhering to all cash handling and credit policies procedures including added and received gratuity
- Checks in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and or beverage
- Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
- Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
