Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of barista experience
- One year of customer service experience in a restaurant, bakery, or coffee shop
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to hear and speak well enough to communicate with customers, students, faculty, and staff
- Ability to memorize product descriptions
- Ability to maintain simple records and operate cash register without errors
- Ability to conduct inventory and report supplies
- Maintain proper sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to communicate effectively face to face and via telephone
- Ability to memorize and describe product items to promote sales

Job Duties
- Maintain an inviting environment for customers and guests
- Maintain proper sanitation of front of house
- Prepare coffee and espresso drinks
- Package bakery products and other items for customers
- Operate and maintain the cash register
- Perform inventory and report needed supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
