This role requires an individual who can perform multiple duties efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of barista experience
- One year of customer service experience in a restaurant, bakery, or coffee shop
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to hear and speak well enough to communicate with customers, students, faculty, and staff
- Ability to memorize product descriptions
- Ability to maintain simple records and operate cash register without errors
- Ability to conduct inventory and report supplies
- Maintain proper sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
