Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, approximately 50 percent of the time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently
- Must be able to follow cash handling procedures accurately
- Willingness to adhere to uniform dress code and maintain personal hygiene
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform all essential functions satisfactorily
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness and sanitary standards
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Ability to follow company recipes and procedures
- Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee
- Make specialty drinks to order, following all Parkhurst recipes
- Price and stock all grab and go items
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures
- Stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times
- Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials
- Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using clean as you go techniques
- Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed
- Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards
- Use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- Assist fellow team members at every opportunity
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
