Additionally, the role involves overseeing the grab-and-go items by pricing and restocking them, as well as maintaining coffee bean bins ensuring they remain full at all times to keep operations smooth. Cash handling procedures must be followed meticulously to maintain accuracy and trust, embodying the company’s values of integrity and respect.

Moreover, the role requires physical stamina, as team members will be engaged in standing or walking during approximately 50% of their shifts, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds.
