Attention to detail extends to closing procedures, including accurate documentation of sales, tips, discounts, and voids, all under managerial oversight to preserve accountability. The role also demands maintaining high-quality product standards by following precise recipes and beverage preparation procedures, including blended and cold drinks. Baristas are encouraged to deepen their knowledge of coffee and tea origins, flavors, and brewing techniques to communicate product expertise authentically.
