Job Duties

  • Process all payment methods in accordance with accounting procedures and policies
  • follow property control audit standards and cash handling procedures
  • obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies
  • count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
  • resolve any discrepancies and secure bank
  • transport bank to and from assigned workstation
  • set up and maintain cleanliness of cashier workstation
  • complete opening duties and ensure all supplies and tools are in working order
  • follow all company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
  • ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • speak clearly and professionally and use appropriate telephone etiquette
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • support team to reach common goals
  • ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
  • enter and locate work information using computers and point of sale systems
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • move or lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • perform other reasonable duties as requested
