Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate POS systems accurately
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior hospitality, retail, or guest service experience preferred
- Comfortable operating espresso equipment with training provided
- Confident handling money and using POS systems
- Friendly, patient, and attentive communication skills
- Able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible with scheduling including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working independently and as a strong part of a team
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items following recipes and brand standards
- Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and create a welcoming café environment
- Operate the POS system to process payments, room charges, and mobile or to-go orders with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, counters, condiment stations, and seating areas
- Restock inventory such as syrups, coffee beans, milk, pastries, and paper goods throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures, including proper handling of equipment and ingredients
- Communicate effectively with fellow baristas, supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as assigned
- Support café flow by preparing grab-and-go items, assisting with light food prep, or helping guests with questions or recommendations
- Uphold all company and brand standards related to guest service, safety, and financial procedures
