Panera Bread's dedication extends beyond just food service; it actively supports local communities by donating unsold products to community organizations daily. This commitment to community involvement and customer satisfaction makes Panera a reputable and compassionate employer in the foodservice industry.

Panera Bread is currently hiring Restaurant Team Members who will play a vital role in maintaining the brand's high standards of customer service and operational excellence. As a Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread, you will be a key part of the daily operations and customer experience. The role involves multiple responsibilities including greeting guests warmly, ensuring each customer has an outstanding dining experience, and stepping in to assist managers and teammates as needed. Cross-training is an important aspect of this position; you will learn various roles such as cashier, baker, drive-thru operator (where applicable), sandwich and salad maker, barista, dishwasher, and maintenance of dining room cleanliness. This dynamic work environment promotes teamwork, encourages growth, and cultivates a culture centered on warmth, belonging, trust, and continuous improvement.

You will be part of an organization that prioritizes creating a friendly and efficient atmosphere, making each visit memorable for customers. Panera’s career advancement programs support motivated employees to move up the ranks, with many of the company’s retail managers having started as hourly team members. This pathway is supported by ongoing training and skill development, ensuring your career can evolve alongside the company’s growth.

Panera Bread is an Equal Opportunity Employer, promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
